*Gobble, Gobble*

HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYBODY!
This is the time of year that everyone gets to stuff their faces and Give Plentiful thanks for all the blessings they have.
More like, Americans thanking the Pilgrims and Indians for this lovely holiday that we get two days off for work and school. LOL. I mean, who does that!!! But it's just sad because the poor turkeys get shot up and cooked out for these days! This is where all the women swear they make the best stuffing, but for Samoans it's another family gathering where they get to pull names for the Christmas Gift Exchange and prepare for Christmas. Samoans usually cook their big ol' pua'as and palusami and umu talo and all the pies!! lol.
Yeah, and you think I'm excited? NEGATORY!!! lol.. Mom and Dad are in Samoa for Malua's graduation, so you know we aren't gonna have much to eat since it's just a house full of CHILDREN. lol.. More like Fiailoa, To'alua, Me, Peka and Piei!!! Free as a bird to just sleep and not have to hear the roll call from Mom to do all these feaus or 'tumu the tea'. lol. Nope, every man for himself right now! So while everyone's at home enjoying the gathering, we'll be at our house just watching t.v hoping that someone loves us enough to invite us to their big feast. LOL... Mea o le fiaola! Auuuooiiiii...
In any case, I love the holiday because of the splendid sales that the shops have. I'll be camping out at some store, whether it be Circuit City, Wal-mart or Best Buy, I will definitely be buying me a digital and video camera. LOL.. Magaia ga, If i can swipe me a t.v for my sister in Arizona, i certainly will do that too! LOL.
The Day after Thanksgiving has the biggest Sales which is why Amerika calls that day, "Black Friday". They sell Electronics for cheap, have giveaways for the first 10 or so people. My favorite Movies are being sold for $2.99 and the best digitals at $54.00, things don't get any better than that mayunnn! So although I won't be stuffing my face, I sure will be stuffing the stores' cash registers with my money for my goods! ha ha ha!
Anyways, happy thanksgiving everyone, I know people in the South Pacific don't really celebrate Thanksgiving but that's okaye, because during this holiday I always think of my families around the world.
I thank God that they're alive and well and that everyone is still in-tact.
I am thankful that my parents are in good health thus far, and that my sisters and brothers are alive and stilll giving me gray hairs too. (LOL).
I'm thankful that my church is still strong and that our faith is driven to continue to work for Him!
I am also thankful that there are still people in this world that pray for us as we pray for them.
I am thankful for my wonderful friends who still love me and give me a reason to laugh each and every day.
I am SOOOO thankful to the Lord for my loving family who is down for me and my family all the time. Who continue to comfort and support us during the rough and good times.
I am thankful that our family is always strong and "ONE" with everything!
Last but not least, I Thank God for all his mercy and grace on me throughout this year! I haven't been the best and have had many flaws, but with his guidance and help, I have been able to come out of the terrible habits I once had.
Thank you all and Thank you for reading my post!!!

Congratulations Baby Sister!

It's almost the holidays next week: Thanksgiving to be exact. Mom & Dad will b in Samoa for Malua's College Graduation, seeing my Uncle Ui and Aunty Lulu graduate after the four years there. anyhow, things have been hectic with preparing the pulega youth and family stuff.

Most of all, CONGRATULATIONS to my baby sister: SHARAM PEKA TIATIA on graduating with her certificate as a Medical Assistant. Wow! High Honors and the Class Speaker.. I'm soo proud of my sidder!!! lol... My poor sister has always been the odd ball out. Instead of following her older sisters' footsteps by going to the 4 year universities, she decided to do something else. Now after all that hard work, she's finally done!! So Thank God for that and good job baby sis!
Other than that, I'm trying to switch my hours to help the pulega youth out. I can't afford to miss out on helping twith their things. But with all that's happening it's just too crazy.
The lil' shitz that usually create da drama were there this past weekend and we didn't even exchange so much as one word.. lol... But it's all gravy, they seem to love the miserable life and hope that i fall in that category, but NEGATORY!! I'm straight!!! I love my life and I'm way too blessed to be stressed!!
Things with my aunt still aren't the same, but we'll come around!!! It's all good...
Gotta get home now!!! BYEEEH!!!

"Rema"-The Easiest Name to Throw Around

This quote was sent to me by a good friend of mine, and i think it better explains the bullsh!t that's going on right now. Let's just face it, you can't change who I am because I will be opinionated and will stand for what I believe in and defend my family always. So if you have a problem with that, then deal with it 'cause I sure as hell ain't!!!

The past couple of weeks have been really confusing! Apparently, "Rema" has been a name one enjoys to throw out of their mouths to hide behind lies and gossip.

A couple of weeks ago, young girls decided to beat another one of their peers down and advertise all over the net. When the word got to the elders, these young girls automatically assumed it would be "REMA". "Rema told her aunt & uncle!" Rema was talking sh!t about us, Rema this and Rema that!

I really didn't think too much of it because for one, i don't have time to engage in childish activities and two, i really don't care for the young girls and their immature acts of violence, and last but not least I DON'T CARE FOR THESE GIRLS PERIOD... LOL.. So as you can see, I have been very irritated. Being the disciplinarians that my parents are, of course they question it to assure themselves,
but like I told my mom"E ma'imau fua iai tatou taimi, e le'o popole atu ai seisi."lol

These were the same young girls I used to spoil and treat as my own younger sisters, but we find out later that some people take that for granted and just KUI you in the MULI. lol. So since there's so much commotion on Myspace, I figured I can just sneak off into the Blogspot world and vent here where hardly anyone stops by! Lol...

Because of the Hearsay, my aunt has stopped talking to my mom and I; and yet I still don't give a damn because sooner or later my aunt will realize that people just enjoy to throw my name around only because I dont' waste time trying to rectify it. For what? If that's what you want to believe, then that's fine and dandy with me--but when all goes to hell, they'll all come running back. Ode to the times I have seen that happen! LOL.

So it's all gravy in the hood! My dad always tells us, people who do nothing but make life miserable for you are the ones you should thank. Why? Because they're the ones who help you build your character to become stronger and accustomed to survival. So to all those haters out there: THANK YOU!!!
